We collect information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person or device to whom such information pertains (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, date of birth, occupation, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account and credit card details, gender, identification (including KTP, Driving License or Passport) or other identification issued by the government, photos, nationality, telephone numbers of users and non-users of our Application contained in your mobile phone contact list, health data, related financial information, as well as biometric information (including but not limited to facial recognition). In addition, for other information, such as personal profiles, and/or unique identification numbers, that are associated or combined with Personal Information, such information is also considered Personal Information. The Personal Information we collect may be provided by you directly or by third parties (for example: when you register or use the Application, when you contact our customer service, or otherwise when you provide Personal Information to us). We may collect information in various forms and purposes (including purposes permitted under applicable laws and regulations). Information we collect from you or your mobile device directly. When you register and create an account with us using the Application, you must provide us certain Personal Information, including your name, physical address, e-mail address, and telephone number. If you use the Application as a service provider, you must provide additional Personal Information to us as part of the service provider registration process. This will include details regarding your vehicle (permits, approvals, and other authorizations you require to operate the vehicle and to provide transportation services), your insurance policy, and your bank account. When you use the Application, you must provide us with relevant information that may be required by us for the Application to function, for example: If you use the Application as a user, you must provide us with information according to the type of service you are looking for, and details of pickup and/or delivery. If you use the Application as a service provider, so that the Application can function, you must provide us with information relating to the services for which you can receive orders at that time, and details thereof at that time, and once an order for a service placed by a user is accepted by you as the service provider, you may need to provide us with other data we need to administer the App and related ecosystem, and to monitor overall usage of the App. If you use and/or when payments or transfers are made through electronic money facilities and/or electronic wallets provided by us, if you are the payer or sender, you will provide us with information relating to the use, payment or transfer, including but not limited to details of the transfer and/or payment recipient, amount of payment paid, type of payment card and account used, name of the issuer of the payment card or account, name of the holder and number of the payment card or account, verification code for the payment card or account and date expired payment card or account, as applicable. If you intend to register as a registered or verified account holder of the electronic money facility provided by us, you will provide us with the necessary information including but not limited to your full name, your identity card number , type of identity card you use for registration, address, gender, place and date of birth, occupation, tax details, nationality and/or biometric data. If you intend to add a payment card or account as a source of funds for payments in the Application, you will provide us with information regarding the type of payment card and account registered, the issuer of the payment card or account, the name of the holder of the payment card and account, the identification number of the payment card or account and the verification code for the payment card or account and the expiration date of the payment card and account information collected whenever you use the Application or visit our website. Whenever you use the Application or visit our website, we may collect certain technical data relating to your use such as, internet protocol address, previous web page information or Next seen, the duration of each visit/session, internet device identity or media access control address, and mobile advertising ID and other device information including information about the manufacturer, model and operating system of the device you use to access our Application or website. We may also collect your Personal Information from third parties (including agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners and other parties who provide services to us, collect Personal Data and/or perform tasks on our behalf, or with whom we collaborate ). In such cases, we will only collect your Personal Information for or in connection with purposes involving such third parties or the purposes of our collaboration with such third parties (depending on the situation). In particular, when you register a payment card or account through the Application and/or access, add and/or link your payment card or account to the Application, we may collect certain financial information and your financial records (including but not limited to transaction records, details and placement of payment cards or accounts, and/or the status and country of your payment card or account) from the issuer of such payment credentials or from other third parties.

You may provide us with Personal Information relating to other third party individuals (including Personal Information relating to your partner, family member, friend, or other individual). You will of course need their consent first to do so – see “Acknowledgment and Consent”, below, for more information.We do not require or endorse, nor prohibit, the installation or use of in-vehicle recording devices in any vehicle. If such a device is installed and used in a vehicle, we do not collect any Personal Information from in-vehicle recordings by such device, and the collection of Personal Information from such in-vehicle recordings is not done on our behalf. Collection of Personal Information from such in-vehicle recordings is at the discretion of the service provider. We have no control over the collection of such Personal Information by service providers and any use or disclosure by service providers of the Personal Information collected. If you are a service provider and choose to download and use such in-vehicle recording devices in your vehicle, you are solely responsible for notifying users. If you are a user and you object to the use of a recording device in a service provider's vehicle, you must convey this to the service provider directly and this is your personal responsibility. If you use the message feature on our Application, you will provide a telephone number our users stored in mobile phone contacts to assist you in using our messaging features as well as other internal purposes.

USE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you are a service provider, we may use your Personal Information: to identify you and register you as a service provider and to administer, manage or verify your Account; to facilitate or enable any verification that in our discretion may need to be carried out before we can register you as a service provider, including for KYC (Know Your Customer) and credit scoring; to enable you provide services to users; to process, facilitate and settle payments to you related to the services you have provided; to communicate with you and send you information related to the provision of your services,
